Vitamin E is a plant-based nutrient that can be found in dietary sources including spinach, nuts, sunflower and wheatgerm oil, however, since it is a fat-soluble antioxidant, decades of research demonstrates that applying Vitamin E 'topically' through skincare formulations is more effective.
