Direction
Adults and children 2 years of age or older should brush after each meal (or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician). Children under 6 should use only a pea sized amount of paste and be supervised as necessary. For children under 2, check with a dentist or physician before using.

I love this toothpaste taste,

"I love this toothpaste taste, as I cannot stand the taste of peppermint. I love Jason products and use them often. I found the consistency of this toothpaste difficult to not waste though! Getting it out of the tube and onto the brush, was always difficult to get the right amount, difficult to kind of cut off the flow - and then more than 30% of the time, it would fall off the brush and be washed down the sink. So almost excellent, but a ways to go with consistency."

A top brand toothpaste has

"A top brand toothpaste has weakened the inside of my mouth to the extent that I can't eat anything spicy or hot. as my mouth tongue and gums etc get extremely sore. If a toothpaste no matter how gentle. has mint in it I can't use it. I've tried a few natural pastes but Jason coconut is the BEST, my teeth are clean and ARE whiter and my mouth feels very clean and fresh."
